Mike was super helpful and so friendly felt like we knew him for years . We came in with doubts but he worked hard to get us in a great truck that we have been wanting but felt like we could never could have. Everyone there was so nice to us .

I made an appointment to have an oil change done on my car and have the tech look at my vehicle because it was making a vibration noise like a h eat shield or maybe an inner fender was loose. They chose to balance and rotate the tires instead of investigating. The counter person told me that the tech did not have time to look for the noise and I would have to schedule a diagnostic appointment that would cost me $200.00 Needless to say the noise was still there. I took it to Crestview Tire and within 15 minutes they told me there were 2 clips that had broken off the inner fender, replaced the clips and did it free of charge. They will be getting my service for my vehicle from now on!

Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I was without my car for an entire week, and she made the whole process so much easier. She was kind, compassionate, and kept me updated every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle because she was always proactive about communicating with me. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process.
