Well, let me tell you my repair had me there literally all day long. But that's only because of the gasket for the engine pan ,required time to be set up. And I was a traveler, I didn't have anywhere else to go at the end of the day. The gasket still didn't have a long enough time to set up. They tried to find me a rental car that didn't go as planned. So I suggested that we just put me in a small hotels close by, which would have been more cost effective. Everybody that walked by me. And seen me there all day long. Smiled, said hello, asked if I was okay. If I needed anything, I'll tell you what if I lived in this town? They would be doing all of my Chevy, repairs maintenances, everything, because the people and the service department there are phenomenal and are very friendly. I'm very professional. I highly recommend them to anybody. That's traveling or in the area for all of their Chevy needs.

Went in for a check engine light diagnostic. They could not duplicate as it wasn't showing that message at the time. It happened on the way home, went right back and they did a second diagnostic for free.

We were on vacation from Dallas when our Tahoe started having transmission issues about 2–3 hours before we reached Destin. We called Allen Turner Chevrolet, and they were able to get us in for a same-day appointment with no hassle. Brad in the Service Department was absolutely outstanding. He listened to all of our concerns, understood that we were only in town for the week, and knew we were checking out on Friday. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with updates and made sure we always knew what was going on. Even though we were from out of town, Brad handled everything with our extended warranty, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Despite how busy they were, he was able to work us into their schedule and get our Tahoe repaired in time for us to drive home safely. Vacation car trouble is stressful, but Brad made the experience as smooth as possible. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile are exactly what great customer service looks like. I do not know how I could ever express a better thank you and give more than 5 stars. if I could I would. Hands down, we all know it takes entire day to close a deal, but this was an exceptional day. The staff was very hospitable. Mike and David really went above and beyond and we actually stayed after hours to complete the transaction. The time it takes to close a deal could be cleaned up a bit and done in a more faster manner. However, the days of a handshake are definitely gone. Thanks again Mike and David.
