We are from Mississippi and shopped online for the exact vehicle my daughter wanted with the best dealer discount. Allen Turner Chevrolet in Auburn, AL had it. I realized that they had a sister dealership in Crestview, FL, that was on our way to our vacation spot. They were kind enough to match the discount and send us the paperwork to review before we left on vacation. We took a test drive, learned about all the bells and whistles on the new vehicle, and signed the paperwork in under two hours with no waiting around. And ate yummy complimentary donuts! Brad was the only one we talked to besides the finance guy. It was the perfect vehicle buying experience. :)

Mark goes way past what most sales people would do for their customers.
