I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this Chevy dealership! After having an incredibly frustrating experience with the dealership closer to me, I ended up driving an hour to have my car serviced here, and it was absolutely worth it. Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I was without my car for an entire week, and she made the whole process so much easier. She was kind, compassionate, and kept me updated every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle because she was always proactive about communicating with me. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Even though this dealership is an hour away, I would make that drive over and over again because of the exceptional service I received. Thank you, Michelle, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Chevy is lucky to have you on their team!
