We came to the dealership to look at a couple of cars that we saw online. We weren’t quite ready to buy yet and when we explained that to the salesman, we figured he shoo us off for wasting his time. Instead, he did the exact opposite. Charlie showed us the cars and he was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back to deal with him when we’re ready to buy a new car.
