My experience was fantastic. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left I was their priority. The GM spends a great deal of time working at a table in the lobby to be accessible to customers and staff. That is a very good leadership trait. The Sales Manager has a desk right in the middle of the lobby to be accessible. Many (most) dealerships have the GMs and Sales Managers tucked away in a back office never to be seen. Allen Turner has them right out front. The Service Manager is always available. (I'm not sure he has a desk - he seems to always be moving about the shop and floor). Communication from the first visit, throughout the ordering process to the delivery of the vehicle was constant and efficient. I was involved and aware every step of the way. I researched dealerships before choosing this one. Allen Turner came out on top of the list so I drove an hour each way to buy my vehicle. Their ethos seems to be that they will make it right. We all understand that things will inevitably go wrong at various points. The key to success is making it right. They have a reputation (from my research) that they will do what is right. While I was there a lady was having her car inspected and diagnosed for an insurance claim. She was having difficulty getting the proper repairs and it had been dragging on for a couple of years. These problems were from a different repair shop and an insurance company. She brought her car to Allen Turner because they have a reputation for honesty and fairness. She wanted to get a straight answer on the status of her car and she knew she would get it from Allen Turner Chevrolet. That should tell you everything you need to know about that dealership. I have full faith and confidence in them.
